ADOPTION
An adoption in Indiana requires a lot of steps and paperwork. Attorney Jameson knows the ins and outs of the Indiana adoption statute.
MODIFICATION of ORDERS
An order needs modification when circumstances have changed which makes a current order no longer in your child's best interest or financial circumstances have changed.
PATERNITY
Even if you have a signed paternity affidavit or a father is named on a birth certificate, you must obtain a court order on parenting time, custody, and child support to legally establish these matters. We can assist you in getting legal and proper orders on these issues.

Donna Jameson
Attorney
Donna Jameson was born in Oklahoma, but grew up in Indianapolis. After going through her own divorce, she wanted to become a lawyer. While raising two young daughters she attended the University of South Carolina - Spartanburg and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Donna then moved back to Indiana to be closer to family and to attend Indiana University - Indianapolis, where she received her law degree.
Donna has been practicing family law for over fifteen years. She recently became a registered domestic relations mediator after seeing how cases were becoming more volatile . She is a small business owner who started her own practice in 2005 in Brownsburg before relocating her office to Greenwood. Donna loves the south-side as it promotes a slower pace of living and enjoying life.
When Donna is not helping her clients, she loves to travel especially to SC and FL to visit family. She also enjoys attending shows at the IRT, golfing, horseback riding and cheering on the Colts.
Celeste Jameson
Paralegal
Celeste was born in Texas and raised throughout the South. She moved to Indianapolis and was inspired to enter the legal profession by the strong women around her. She has received the following degrees and certificiations:

Celeste has been a paralegal for over 15 years. She loves researching and discovering how technology can effect and assist the profession, clients, and cases.
When she is not working, she loves supporting Indy Eleven soccer team, watching the National Champions Clemson Tigers play football, golf, and goofing off with her rescue dog, Luke.
Ashley Tesmer
Legal Assistant
Ashley was born and raised in Greencastle, IN. She moved to Indianapolis to attend Herron School of Art & Design at IUPUI. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Wanting to find a way to use her strengths to help people, she decided to pursue a legal career.
Ashley is currently in law school at IUPUI. We are so proud and excited for her. When you talk to her, you may notice she sounds a bit sleepy from all her hard work here at the office and studying.
When Ashley is not greeting clients and assisting on cases, she enjoys playing with her two cats, supporting Indy Eleven, reading, knitting, and going to parks with her Husband.
Abby Earl
Receptionist
Abby was born in North Carolina and now lives in South Carolina (If you couldn't tell this just by talking to her). Abby was an estate clerk with Lexington Co. probate Court in South Carolina for 3 years. She is familiar with the struggles and joys of family law as she has experienced them firsthand.
Abby shares custody with her children's father and they have learned how to beautifully coparent and put aside the pettiness. This experience and point of view allows her to relate to our clients. Don't hesitate to ask Abby about her experiences.
When Abby is not taking phone calls or assisting clients, she on the baseball field cheering on her kids, playing golf, or helping people find recovery programs.
