Payment Information

We understand our clients and theirs cases are all different and have their own unique needs. The Law Office of Donna Jameson have offered clients different payment options  for years. Our clients have been grateful that we are able to provide different and new ways to pay.

We invoice our clients every month, with a detailed invoicing system. This way clients do not receive high invoices for months of legal work all at once and they can keep track of their funds and the work being performed on their cases.

Retainer: the standard form of payment for most attorneys in family law. A payment is made by the client which is kept in the attorney's trust accounts, then billed against each month. Affirm: is a new way to pay attorney fees. Offered by LawPay, clients can chose from the available options offered by Affirm. Affirm provides convenience, flexibility, and choices for the client. Interest rates are assessed towards the loan. The Law Office of Donna Jameson does not receive these interest payments or sets the rate.

Holding a Credit Card

Flat Fee: this is not a standard form of payment in family law cases. However, we do offer this form of payment for the reviewing or drafting of prenupital agreements, postnuptial agreements, wills, and other similar documents.
